The Practical Application of Scenarios in A Realistic Setting
Workshop Overview
The purpose of this three day intensive and interactive course is to introduce delegates to the latest, best practise, ideas on scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. The course has been split into six separate sections each topic building on the immediately preceding topic or topics.
The course begins by considering the idea behind scenario planning and sensitivity analysis and the benefits of using them as well as outlining the processes involved in establishing them. Having introduced the ideas and the basic practises, the course then requires the delegates to consider the practical application of scenarios in a realistic setting: typically their own organisation.
Sensitivity analysis can be seen as a topic in its own right and we have set aside one entire session in the course to explore. Delegates will be introduced to sensitivity analysis from various points of view, ranging from the simple to the more complex.
